Hai Lun Tan, research associate at EDC, has expertise in conducting historical research, mixed-methods research, classroom teaching, and project coordination. She works to advance knowledge of effective strategies to promote literacy, support teachers in using technology to enhance students’ learning outcomes, and improve early learning and school readiness.

Tan holds an MA in International History from Columbia University and an MSc in International History from the London School of Economics.
